Q: What if I need more features, integrations or customizations?
Ever Platform and Gauzy Platform are great to get started fast, but some Marketplaces and Business Management (HRM/ERP/CRM) platforms need more flexibility out of the box. Get in touch with us for all kind of customizations.
Q: How does my 90-day free trial work?
Paid Cloud plans come with a 90-day free trial: you will not be charged for the monthly or yearly subscription, including any additional members on it, before the 90-day free trial expires. If you decide to continue using the subscription, you will only need to pay % from transactions (for Ever Platform) created during the Free Trial. Self-Hosted subscriptions and one-time licenses have no trial: they are charged at purchase.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
No. We listed all fees on this page. You are expected to pay monthly or yearly subscription, % from transactions (for Ever Platform) and fixed amount per month for each additional Member (Employees and Agents) not covered by the selected Plan.
Q: What happens if I want to leave?
Please contact us and we will discuss the possibility to make refund on case by case bases.
Q: Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! You can do it with both Self-Hosted and Cloud versions for both platforms.
